Job Description

* Lead the full institutional sales lifecycle-from prospecting and qualification to structuring and closing commercial partnerships

* Build and strengthen relationships with investment‑grade institutions across trading desks and portfolio teams

* Drive market themes, product ideas, and trading concepts tailored to institutional use‑cases

* Identify market developments, client needs, and trading opportunities across leveraged products

* Collaborate closely with internal research, trading, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions

* Maintain up‑to‑date understanding of market structure, regulatory environment, and competitive offerings

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline

* Relevant regulatory qualification required for market‑facing responsibilities

* At least 8 years of institutional sales experience within FX, leveraged products, or multi‑asset trading

* Strong understanding of leveraged FX, precious metals, and securities markets

* Proven track record managing institutional accounts and driving revenue growth

* Ability to articulate market themes and identify commercial opportunities
