We are seeking two inside Sales Specialist to support our regional sales operations by managing sales demand tracking, order processing and coordinating with stakeholders to support activities across Southeast Asia.

About Our Client

Our client is a leading global manufacturer of premium tubular solutions, for the energy markets and industrial applications.

Job Description

  • Primarily responsible for sales demand tracking, commercial reporting, inquiry management and order processing for the OCTG product line, while coordinating with different counterparties to support activities across Southeast Asia.
  • Key sales support functions such as S&OP planning, reporting and system management.
  • Handle the full process from receipt to submission, acting as the main point of contact for both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee the complete order-to-invoice cycle, including coordination, documentation, logistics, invoicing, and material certification (MS) provisioning; serve as the primary liaison for end-user order summaries.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements and sales support functions.
  • Carry out other related tasks as assigned by the management.
  • Occasional travel may be required for customer visits or plant coordination.

The Successful Applicant

  • Possess at least Diploma in Business Studies or Administration
  • Basic understanding and user experience with ERP Systems and CRM tools
  • Highly customer focused with excellent organizational and time management skills to drive tasks and projects forward.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player with a knowledge sharing mindset.
  • Displays an agile mindset with a strong focus on execution and results.
