The Global HRIS Service Partner/Business Analyst will assist the Global HRIS Director and team in managing various projects and activities related to mapping the digital landscape of current HR systems.It is a 1 year DIRECT contract role - possibility of extension/ renewal / conversion to permanent role (subject to performance).

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Be an effective Service Partner/Business Analyst in supporting business users from HR
    • Understand, analyse, and support business needs to formulate comprehensive business requirements
    • Analyse business requirements, interdependencies, risks and benefits to propose sustainable recommendations and solutions
    • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders
  • Technology Solutioning
    • Hands-on technical configuration of the HR technology solutions, specifically in SuccessFactors HCM and integrations to third-party solutions.
    • Identify and recommend appropriate HR technology solutions
    • Work with cross functional teams to design, implement, and integrate HR applications
  • Project Management
    • Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones
    • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of HR technology initiative

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Atleast 5 years of experience in similar capacity, in SuccessFactors HCM application.
  • Hands-on technical configuration knowledge in SuccessFactors HCM application.
