Job Description

  • Plan and manage projects to ensure overall successful delivery and ensure project targets are met.
  • Drive system implementation activities such as conducting user requirements analysis, developing specifications/change requests/UAT cases, participating in solution design, recommending best solutions to meet business requirements, supporting data migration and validation, developing security matrix and system roles and enhancing workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage system administration activities such as validation of employee data, leading users in data verification process, improving process/system designs to enhance data accuracy and reduce duplication, developing standard operating system guides and training system users, and design analytics and reports to measure business objectives' progress.
  • Manage procurement, preparation and publishing tender specifications, evaluating and recommending potential solutions and vendors, and contract management.
  • Support or participate in relevant Group HR projects and initiatives from time to time.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience and with solid understanding of HR business domain.
  • User knowledge and experience in SuccessFactor, SAP HR, MS Access, MS Sharepoint, VBA, etc. will be an advantage.
  • Successful participation in large volume data migration exercise and system development life cycle (SDLC) projects and in-depth understanding of local and overseas employment and statutory contribution legislations is preferred.
  • Possess strong project management, business process and analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly, communicate complex requirements and issues clearly and concisely.
