This HRIS Analyst (Project Manager) role is a key member of the HRIS team, leading the rollout and integration of the Global Payroll system with SAP SuccessFactors HCM across all entities worldwide. The incumbent manages end-to-end project activities, including functional testing, data validation, change management, training, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HRIS and Shared Services team in rolling out and maintaining the Global Payroll system integrated with SAP SuccessFactors HCM across all entities worldwide
  • Manage functional and integration testing, perform data gap analysis, and ensure payroll and HCM requirements are met
  • Collaborate with HR teams, IT, and vendors to implement new data fields and system enhancements to meet country-specific requirements
  • Conduct user briefings, training sessions, and coordinate execution of payroll test scripts with relevant stakeholders
  • Consolidate functional change requests, manage approvals, support project timelines, and monitor progress with vendors
  • Validate data, perform mass uploads, ensure data cleansing, and maintain accuracy for payroll and downstream systems
  • Monitor system tickets, resolve issues, and ensure successful integration of HCM master data to payroll and other systems

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Degree/Diploma in HR, Business, or related field with 5+ years in HR operations, Shared Services, and SAP SuccessFactors HCM support
  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and experience with HCM integration to payroll systems
  • Experience managing HR-related projects, timelines, resources, and change initiatives including user training and communication
  • Skill in creating reports, data reconciliations, and using tools like MS Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for HR analytics
  • Proficient in maintaining HCM system data, reporting, audits, and ensuring compliance with PDPA/GDPR and internal policies
  • Strong initiative in executing project activities efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with standards
  • Understanding of business operations, industry trends, and commitment to continuous learning in HR Technology and Shared Services
