A centralized shared services provider supporting government healthcare institutions.

Job Description



  • Partner with hiring managers and HR team to manage end-to-end recruitment, including headcount tracking, candidate sourcing and interviews, salary proposals, and onboarding/offboarding processes.


  • Collaborate with schools and agencies on recruitment drives and outreach programmes to meet manpower needs.


  • Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance issues.


  • Provide timely guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures to enhance communication, engagement, and performance.


  • Support staff engagement initiatives and take meeting minutes where required.


  • Manage applications, renewals, and other related matters for foreign hires.


  • Assist in key HR activities such as performance management reviews and annual declarations.


  • Participate in HRIS system testing as needed.


  • Be involved in HR process improvement projects, employee surveys, and general HR administrative tasks as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Has 2 years of HRBP experience within similar industries.


  • Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws, HR practices, and business operations.


  • Excellent business acumen, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.


  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.


  • Experience with HRIS such as SAP Successfactors and MS Office tools


  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.


  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
