Job Description

  • Drive training needs analysis and manage end-to-end learning programmes, including onboarding, technical, and leadership development
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver training, while maintaining LMS and training records
  • Evaluate programme effectiveness and promote a culture of continuous learning
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to support business units in achieving organisational goals
  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
  • Oversee full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit management
  • Support organisational change, restructuring, and transformation initiatives while driving process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements, and maintain HR documentation (e.g. SOPs)
  • Provide team support, contribute to HR projects, and handle ad-hoc duties as required



The Successful Applicant

  • Has 5 years of HRBP experience within financial services firms.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Performance management and talent development
  • The ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS.
