My client is a renown and well-established leader in the Healthcare sector specializing in providing innovative healthcare technology. They have a stable HR team focusing for their different business units to drive long terms HR strategic plans at the management level.

Job Description

As part of the HR team, this role will;

  • Partner with the senior leadership team to conceptualize, design and implement HR long term strategies.
  • Strengthen the HR framework by implementing HR initiatives to align with the company-wide values.
  • Lead the HR team successfully for the business unit, to achieve excellence in operations.
  • Drive HR programs in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Business, HR a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years as HRBP with people management exposure.
  • Expertise in HR in areas including performance management, employee relations, C&B and manpower planning.
  • Proven track record in collaborating for effective stakeholder management.
