The client looks to hire a HR Business Partner to join the HR team in Singapore overseeing the ASEAN region together with the Management. This role will cover the full spectrum of HR function with deep knowledge in at leaset 2 HR functions including HRIS.
  • Regional scope at a well-established MedTech organization.
  • Oversee HR business partnering with the C-Suite management.

Job Description

Reporting to the HR Director,

  • Oversee full spectrum of HR operations and business partnering in close collaborations with the key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Support local and regional ad hoc projects and initiatives by partnering with the HR Director.
  • Be a subject matter expert in HRIS and system implementation at the regional level.
  • Oversee HR operations including recruitment, global mobility, C&B, and employee engagement activities.

The Successful Applicant

As a successful applicant, you will have:

  • Degree in HR related field.
  • 3+ years of HR Business partnering experience ideally from Trading, Distribution, Logistics or Healthcare industries.
  • Stakeholder influencing skills from close collaboration with Senior management team
  • Familiar with labour law and HR knowledge, and ideally with regional exposure.
  • Excellent communication skills and with ability to adapt to an unstructured work environment.
