Job Description

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align HR strategies with organisational objectives.
  • Manage talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent - focus on early careers recruitment.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
  • Support performance management processes, employee development plans and salary reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations within the professional services industry.
  • Analyse HR data and provide actionable insights to improve organisational effectiveness.
  • Lead or contribute to HR projects and change management efforts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRBP should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR/Recruitment/Business Partnering.
  • A strong foundation in human resources principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various levels.
  • Experience with talent management and employee engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to the location.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving organisational goals.
