This is a leadership position as part of the Global HR leadership team. You will be tasked to set up the HR support for oversea offices with focus on Africa and Latin America continents.

Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders on manpower needs and people matters to support business needs for the regions assigned
  • Set up and monitor a regulatory and HR practices intelligence with the local and regional HR team support, communicate the implications to Company and implement changes as appropriate
  • Spearhead HR transformation and setup for new market penetration globally
  • Partner with line managers and HR COE (Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Learning & Development, HRIS & HRSS) to proactively manage and resolve attraction, retention, compliance and development
  • Monitor the world wide implementation of HRIS system and secure its proper usage
  • Any other initiatives, projects and duties as assigned e.g Global HR project or Regional business project

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
  • At least 15 years of HR full spectrum experience with a global firm
  • Experienced in running a regional set up with multiple entities and countries
  • Experienced in 0-1 set up, transformation and leading teams
  • Experienced in implementing and rolling out global framework which may include T&D, C&B and Compliance
  • Analytical with strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A team player, able to multi-task, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Travel is required for this position
