The HR Specialist role will be responsible for managing payroll, compensation and benefits processes to ensure compliance and efficiency within the organisation. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute as HR generalist to the HR function within the manufacturing sector.

Job Description

  • Process payroll ensuring compliance with MOM, CPF, IRAS regulations.
  • Support and upgrade HRIS systems, coordinating with vendors as needed.
  • Conduct C&B benchmarking and advise on compensation matters.
  • Provide HR data analytics and support budget planning.
  • Assist with training, performance management, and other HR initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in Payroll ideally in the manufacturing or semiconductor industry.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
  • Understanding of compensation and benefits frameworks.
  • Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations in Singapore.
  • Proficiency in HR-related software and tools.
