A newly formed entity within a large regional organization is driving integrated efforts across multiple sectors to serve a large population. As part of its foundational phase, the team is establishing a new HR function from the ground up, guided by the vision of delivering agile, accessible, and people-centric HR services.

Job Description

  • Policy Development: Draft and update HR policies; conduct benchmarking research.
  • Employee Relations: Support employee relations cases and identify trends for action.
  • Workforce Transformation: Coordinate workforce transformation projects and track milestones.
  • Process Improvement: Improve HR processes through mapping and employee feedback.
  • Communications: Create HR materials to support change and engagement

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years in HR, with exposure to policy development, employee relations, projects, or communications.
  • Preference for public sector institution or part of a larger, complex organization.
  • Strong in project coordination, analytical thinking, and written communication.
  • Skilled at engaging multiple stakeholders and building trust quickly.
