About Our Client

Our client is a leading manufacturer and marketer of home appliances with global presence.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team of HR Operations Partners responsible for managing the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, payroll, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence and off-boarding)
  • Build strong and supportive partnerships with geographically distributed HRBPs and Centres of Expertise (Rewards, finance, benefits, immigration, mobility and Global Back Office)
  • Influence and prioritise changes to HR process/policies, basis feedback from business
  • Leverage data and insights from various tools and dashboards (plus observations) and share these with relevant stakeholders to make data driven people decisions
  • Partner with Global Back Office team providing input on business process, audits, reporting, and new requirements
  • Improve processes and drive requirements for additional improvements to eliminate manual processes

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or related majors
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, experience in HR Operations is most ideal
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Strong project management skills, process improvement and leading cross-functional teams to make an impact and deliver work on time
  • Experience living a continuous improvement culture and effectively eliminating waste and driving overall process discipline and improvement
