About Our Client
Our client is a B2B trade platform with presence in Singapore and China.
Job Description
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to manage the workflow associated with all HR processes from onboarding to offboarding
- Maintain the HR systems to ensure accurate employee data is captured
- Execute on employment authorisation verifications, employee handbook administration, policy updates, and other HR processes/tasks
- Review payroll management for Singapore and China
- Own the org-wide HR related initiatives and projects
- Create and maintain HR analytics, reports and dashboard
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 6 years of experience ideally in one of the areas such as HR operations, talent management, learning & development, compensation & benefits or performance management
- Knowledge of SEA and China employment laws and regulations
- Strong passion for working in a start-up environment and passionate about creating a great work environment for all employees
- Ability to prioritise demanding workflows, detailed-oriented and well organised
- Ability to take ownership, work independently and yet still be team-oriented
