About Our Client

Our client is a B2B trade platform with presence in Singapore and China.

Job Description

  • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to manage the workflow associated with all HR processes from onboarding to offboarding
  • Maintain the HR systems to ensure accurate employee data is captured
  • Execute on employment authorisation verifications, employee handbook administration, policy updates, and other HR processes/tasks
  • Review payroll management for Singapore and China
  • Own the org-wide HR related initiatives and projects
  • Create and maintain HR analytics, reports and dashboard

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • At least 6 years of experience ideally in one of the areas such as HR operations, talent management, learning & development, compensation & benefits or performance management
  • Knowledge of SEA and China employment laws and regulations
  • Strong passion for working in a start-up environment and passionate about creating a great work environment for all employees
  • Ability to prioritise demanding workflows, detailed-oriented and well organised
  • Ability to take ownership, work independently and yet still be team-oriented
