The client looks to hire a HR Manager to manage a robust HR team in Singapore the ASEAN region together with the Management This role will require to focus on HR Business Partnering, hands-on HR operations, and to manage the re-structuring of the business including change management.
  • Regional scope at a well-established MedTech organization.
  • People Manager role in close collaboration with the C-Suite management.

Job Description

Reporting to the CEO,

  • Design and Execute the HR framework to align with the organization's Regional strategy and collaborate with the Senior Management.
  • Key areas of focus include employer branding, HRIS system implementation, succession planning and data analytics usage.
  • Oversee HR operations including Compensation & Benefits, Talent acquisition and branding, Training and development.
  • Handle employee relations such as grievances to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Act as a people leader to oversee a HR Team and ensure their development and succession planning in the long term.

The Successful Applicant

As a successful applicant, you will have:

  • Degree in HR related field.
  • 5+ years of People Management experience ideally from Trading, Distribution, Logistics or Healthcare industries.
  • Well versed in labour law and HR knowledge.
  • Effective stakeholder management with a strong track record of collaboration with Senior Management
  • Excellent communication skills and with ability to adapt to an unstructured work environment.
