Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (Primary)

  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for roles across investment, family office operations, corporate functions, and strategic support.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines in the buy‑side, investment, and family office ecosystems.
  • Deliver a high-touch, white‑glove candidate experience reflective of a top‑tier global family office.
  • Partner closely with global hiring managers to ensure seamless interview processes.



HR Operations (Secondary but Critical)

  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, HRIS upkeep, employee documentation, and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate performance and development cycles.
  • Liaise with payroll, benefits, and compliance vendors.
  • Ensure HR processes align with Singapore's employment regulations.



Strategic HR (Future Growth Path)

  • Support organisational planning and development initiatives.
  • Contribute to culture‑building, employee engagement, and talent management frameworks.
  • Grow into a strategic HR Business Partner as the Singapore office expands.



The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5+ years of experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition (in‑house preferred).
  • Strong track record hiring for investment, buy-side, or family office roles.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High maturity, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Comfort operating independently in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Passion for building HR infrastructure and growing into an HRBP role.
