This organisation manages multi‑asset global investments, supports major philanthropic initiatives, and operates with a culture centred on meaningful work, excellence, and long‑term partnership.The firm established its Singapore office in 2020 as part of its strategic expansion into Asia, overseeing regional investments and philanthropy. In recent years, it has deepened its commitment to Singapore through major initiatives.

Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (Primary)

  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for roles across investment, family office operations, corporate functions, and strategic support.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines in the buy‑side, investment, and family office ecosystems.
  • Deliver a high-touch, white‑glove candidate experience reflective of a top‑tier global family office.
  • Partner closely with global hiring managers to ensure seamless interview processes.



HR Operations (Secondary but Critical)

  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, HRIS upkeep, employee documentation, and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate performance and development cycles.
  • Liaise with payroll, benefits, and compliance vendors.
  • Ensure HR processes align with Singapore's employment regulations.



Strategic HR (Future Growth Path)

  • Support organisational planning and development initiatives.
  • Contribute to culture‑building, employee engagement, and talent management frameworks.
  • Grow into a strategic HR Business Partner as the Singapore office expands.



The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5+ years of experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition (in‑house preferred).
  • Strong track record hiring for investment, buy-side, or family office roles.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High maturity, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Comfort operating independently in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Passion for building HR infrastructure and growing into an HRBP role.
