The client seeks to hire a HR Generalist to manage the complete scope of HR operations for the local business including payroll inhouse calculations. This role will report to the Head of HR and liaise with the key business stakeholders in Singapore.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful applicant will:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including Payroll in close collaborations with the key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Be a subject matter expert in full cycle of inhouse Payroll calculation and ensuring accuracy.
  • Handle operations including C&B, HRIS, and corporate event coordination.
  • Support local ad hoc projects and initiatives by partnering with the HR Director.

The Successful Applicant

As a successful applicant, you will have:

  • Degree in HR related field.
  • 5 + years of HR Generalist experience including handling payroll ideally in the F&B industry.
  • Solid understanding of Singapore Labour law.
  • Effective stakeholder management with a strong track record of collaboration with regional teams.
