About Our Client

Our client is a global education group with presence in 12 countries.

Job Description

  • Provide effective leadership to the HR team to achieve the HR mission
  • Partner with Management and Principals to strengthen HR practices and procedures in Singapore schools, handling full spectrum of HR through a consultative approach
  • Development of retention, performance assessment and rewards strategies
  • Review and improve HR policies, practices, strategies and programmes
  • Timely and cost effective recruitment of all positions to meet the group's manpower needs
  • Champion and execute long and short term HR initiatives and programmes including employer branding and employee engagement
  • Supervise the payroll function and ensure that internal controls are in place to comply with government regulations

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
  • At least 8 years of HR experience, preferably in Education sector
  • Proven track record as trusted advisor for leaders and management.
  • Possesses both operational and strategic decision-making ability
  • Able to apply HR strategy to realise the company's vision
