Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks to support Human Resources activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Support the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for contingent workers.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and other HR-related events.
  • Respond to queries from team members and external parties in a timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all HR processes.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Coordinator should have:
