About Our Client
My client is a blockchain-based decentralised digital platform marketed primarily in Asia, which had now gone global.
Job Description
- Act as key point of contact to provide end to end HR account services to group level corporate office departments
- Work closely with stakeholders on people management plans, including headcount planning, organisational and team structure plans, performance management, and staff development plans design
- Handle end to end recruitment process
- Manage employee relations and provide solutions to enhance staff engagement and company culture
- Review HR policies, and procedures and provide relevant HR advice to line managers
- Handle onboarding and offboarding process
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment project along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders at different stages of the recruitment life cycle
- Familiar with Singapore Labour Law
- Good team player and an effective communicator
