Job Description

  • Collaborate with business leaders to implement HR strategies that support organisational objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
  • Analyse HR metrics and recommend solutions to improve performance and employee engagement.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee development and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in all HR activities.
  • Manage the performance review process and support managers in delivering constructive feedback.
  • Lead change management efforts to align teams with evolving business needs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
  • At least 5 years of proven HR business partnering experience, preferably in large organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • A track record of driving successful talent and organisational development initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
