Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage a team of 5 HR Business Partners, fostering collaboration and excellence.
  • Strategic Partnership: Work closely with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies to enable growth and scalability.
  • Drive Transformation: Support business diversification by implementing HR frameworks that enhance agility and performance.
  • Champion People Initiatives: Ensure HR practices are innovative, compliant, and aligned with regional market dynamics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRBP Lead would need to have:

  • Experience in managing and developing HR teams effectively.
  • Experienced working in financial services, fintech, or any fast-growing organisations.
  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
