The HR Business Partner will play a key role in driving the people and organisational effectiveness by aligning the HR initiatives with business priorities. You will work closely with both Regional Managing Director and Global HR Director to foster a high performance culture, support leadership and talent growth.

You will play a key role in developing and translating key HR strategies into actionable plan.

Job Description

  • Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Serve as trusted advisor to leaders and employees, fostering open communication and resolving personnel issues
  • Drive talent development initiatives including performance management, succession planning and internal mobility.
  • Partner with leaders to assess organisational capabilities and implement development plans that build future-ready teams.
  • Champion a positive workplace culture through collaboration, engagement initiatives and feedback-driven action plans
  • Analyse HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR full spectrum experience, in regional capacity, preferably in an Engineering industry.
  • Proven ability to implement HR strategies and policies effectively.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and practices across APAC region.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
