This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the CHRO with dotted reporting to Managing Director. The HR Business Partner will play a vital role in driving effective people strategies for the Singapore / Asia office.

This is an individual contributor role, based in the Singapore office in charge of supporting both strategic and operational HR responsibilities to ensure business continuity.

Job Description

  • Provide strategic HR guidance to align business objectives with people strategies.
  • Partner with leadership to manage workforce planning and talent development initiatives.
  • Support employee relations to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee end to end HR full spectrum including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, learning & development and drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyse HR metrics to provide insights and recommend solutions to leadership.
  • Lead projects related to organisational change and transformation.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related majors.
  • At least 5 years of HR full spectrum experience in a MNC environment with growth mindset.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in analysing HR data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
