Job Description
- Execute the People strategies and tactical activities or plans for assigned client groups according to global and APAC objectives
- Partner with functional and business leaders in assigned client groups to offer HR solutions and interventions to address business issues and goals
- Ensure consistent interpretation and administration of HR cycle programmes and full Associate life cycle activities for assigned client groups
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition for assigned client groups, managing the interview and selection process, preparing job offers and compensation proposals to announcements and induction
- Manage the entity wide annual performance management process from goal setting, performance reviews to performance distribution management
- Support internal communication on HR cycle programmes, HR policies as well as engagement
- Communicate, coordinate and provide consultancy and analysis on all aspects of our Total Rewards philosophy
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related majors
- At least 6 years experience in HR, with depth in Compensation & Benefits
- Experience with global multi-location preferred, especially exposure to different countries
- Knowledge of APAC Employment Laws and regulations
- Total Rewards knowledge, understanding and experience across APAC region
- Able to work productively in matrix environment
