Job Description

  • Manage the key HR areas such as Recruitment and Talent acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Organisation development, Employer Branding, Compliance, Employee Engagement, Training & Development, Performance Evaluation etc.
  • To support management in M&A, integration and strategic re-organisation
  • Provide support and advisory to business leaders to help them to drive business growth
  • Implement the Group or BA HR policies and practices within the region.
  • Manage employee relations and provide solutions to enhance staff engagement and company culture
  • Ensure timely communication of new HR policies and procedures, and that implemented policies are in accordance with local statutory requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
  • Knowledge of APAC employment laws and regulations
  • Sound knowledge of business and HR transformation, change management and a clear understanding of strategic HR issues
  • Experience in organisational transformation, human resources consulting, and/or people practice development
  • Able to work productively in matrix environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
