Job Description

  • Lead HR projects in alignment with Singapore legislation and labor laws to ensure compliance and proper execution, including regulatory reporting.


  • Gather, analyze, and organize data to generate insights supporting various initiatives such as headcount planning, diversity and inclusion, talent and performance management, and ongoing data audits.


  • Provide support across key HR processes, including talent management, engagement surveys, performance reviews, diversity, and employee mobility.


  • Involved in ad hoc HR projects when required.



The Successful Applicant

  • Has 5 years of HR experience within the investment firm
  • Generalist knowledge of HR processes, concepts, and practices
  • Make decisions and develop creative solutions
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to identify issues and trends, and develop solutions
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills for leveraging data to create insights and strategies
  • Ability to navigate a global matrix organization and collaborate across HR and business functions
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
