Job Description

As the HR Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, delivering day‑to‑day advisory support, and contributing to broader people initiatives across the office. You will work closely with local and regional stakeholders to maintain a positive employee experience and support a high‑performing culture.Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR advisory support on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
  • Manage end‑to‑end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and compliance.
  • Partner with leaders to support workforce planning, talent development, and engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate annual HR cycles such as performance reviews, promotions, and salary reviews.
  • Support regional projects and act as a key liaison between local employees and the broader HR team.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and ensure adherence to employment regulations and internal policies.



The Successful Applicant

  • Prior HR experience within professional services, legal firms, or similarly fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering a high standard of service.
