Job Description

  • Oversee a mix of health services research and advanced analytics/AI initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and operational teams to frame problems and design appropriate studies.
  • Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modelling to assess clinical and operational outcomes.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, perform transformations, and conduct in‑depth analyses.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Create dashboards, visualisations, and reports that support decision-making and quality improvement.
  • Contribute to publications, abstracts, and conference presentations.
  • Support value-based care and continuous quality improvement projects across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a Master's degree or higher in Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Skilled in HSR, study design, applied statistics, and evaluating outcomes.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python/R, with experience in data processing, modelling, and reproducible analytics.
  • Knowledgeable in machine learning and AI applications within healthcare settings.
  • Strong communicator who works well with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and presenting findings effectively.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools is beneficial.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to improving healthcare quality and performance.
