About Our Client

As the Head of Talent Development, you will be responsible for providing training of both a technical and soft skill nature to the business across SEA markets. Your main focus will be on delivering Management and Leadership training working in the close collaboration with the MD population in your region. You will be responsible for organizing and managing the requirements across the region and will also be responsible for the career development of your team. You will work with the business to deliver to their immediate needs whilst planning and anticipating future needs working with the broader HR team. You will be responsible and accountable for maintaining consistency of service, delivery of workshops and processes to the broader business and team.
The Successful Applicant
If you have experience in leading a team in the past, with a strong ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and work independently, you will be the right candidate that we are looking for. Candidates who has experience in leadership development program and support a sales workforce would be ideal.
