About Our Client

As the business continues to expand its business in Asia Pacific, there is now an opportunity for a seasoned Talent and Organisation Development Leader to join the team.
As part of the senior leadership team, this is a people manager position and play a critical partnering role in designing and driving the overall people development strategy from a regional or corporate HQ level and across countries, looking into topic of talent management, agile leadership development, transformative performance management practices and shaping of an agile culture, providing cutting edge practices to support organisation effectiveness and sustainability agenda. You are astute in making business impact through pragmatic and commercial solutions, with ability to go beyond theoretical concepts and connect the dots.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify for this role, we will require about 10 years of solid experience in leading regional Organisation and People Development agenda ideally from fast-paced, tech environment. You are data driven, an excellent business partner to drive change management with a relentless growth mindset.
