About Our Client
This is a leading developer in Vietnam, they are young yet very well financial invested and strongly focus on product's quality and customer experience. Their mission is to add a greater value to the property industry in Vietnam and expand to SEA
The Head of Sales oversees developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department's performance against targets.
He/she is tasked with implementing sales strategies that further the department's agenda and drives enhanced revenue generation for the business. Working with the Design, Marketing and Research teams to help deliver an optimised product mix relative to the core target consumers and identify the road map to achieve the goal of the department as well as the business.
He/ she undertakes detailed analysis of sales performance, identifies areas of improvement in sales strategies and with a view of establishing actionable insights for the improving of sales and business profits.
This person is the key contact to build strong relationships with the external partners and consumers during and after selling stage. Customer service needs to be always put on top to differentiate the company with other competitors.
The Successful Applicant
The Head of Sales must obtain a Bachelor's Degree (Master preferred) in Business Management, Marketing or related field. He/she needs to have at least 10-15 years working experience in property and from top developers, preferably with Asia exposure (China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, UEA, etc…) with a proven track record.
This person also needs to have excellent leadership skills, well presented, strong customer mindset and decisive. In a bigger picture, he/she will be a game changer, who will, along with the company, create a greater value for the property industry in Vietnam
