Job Description

Based in Singapore and you will be reporting directly to the top management of the group. You will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Establish and lead a strong Sales & Marketing team in the region
  • You will be accountable for leading the team to meet the company target across the region
  • Developing and defining the marketing and sale strategies in each country
  • Set up regional property agency and distribution networks to enable consistent sales performance
  • Building strong relationship with local network to ensure the sales target are met

The Successful Applicant

To be successful you will need to meet below requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experiences from relevant sector.
  • Proven strong South East Asia property sales/marketing experiences.
  • Solid industry knowledge and network with comprehensive insights in the region.
  • Excellent communication skills is on demand.
  • Proven relationship-building, presentation skills internally and externally.
  • A high energy individual who is entrepreneur, self-motivated and has a collaborative team-oriented approach to business
  • A strong academic background with a bachelor degree or above
  • Open minded individual with open approach to different culture environment
