They have also established a strong presence in the retail and groceries sector where they have partnered with nationwide retail chains.Today, they are looking for a highly driven Head of Sales (Singapore & Malaysia) to spearhead strategic partnerships and diversify revenue streamsJob DescriptionAs the Head of Sales (Singapore & Malaysia), you will be responsible for driving growth develop long-term customer relationships across key industries, including retail and grocery segment.In addition to this, you will also be challenged with the following:· Develop and execute strategies for new business development.· Cold call and meet potential clients to ensure robust pipeline of opportunities.· Lead proposal development, including pitch strategies, pricing and client engagement.· Participate in tenders and pricing the solution.· Drive customer engagement and promote positive relationships with partners and vendors.· Strengthen existing client relationships while securing new ones, particularly in retail and consumer-facing markets.The Successful Applicant· Bachelor's degree in business, or related fields ; MBA preferred but not mandatory.· 10+ years of proven experience in sales, marketing or business development.· 5+ years of experience in the Facilities Management (FM) industry is preferred ; exposure to retail or grocery market will be advantageous.· Excellent communication, networking, prospecting and public-speaking skills across retail and commercial segments.· High proficiency in sales planning, market analysis, closing and CRM system.What's on OfferOur client offers a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
