Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth: Formulate and execute a comprehensive business and sales strategy to attract and retain HNWI/Priority clients, consistently achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build a robust pipeline of new clients through strategic networking, partnerships, and targeted business development initiatives, while deepening existing relationships.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team. Establish clear objectives, foster a performance-driven and collaborative culture, and champion professional development across the region.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy: Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and client trends to identify new business opportunities and shape regional growth strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product and marketing teams to ensure solutions are tailored to client needs. Provide market feedback to refine offerings, enhance user experience, and inform product development.
  • Data & Performance Analytics: Utilize CRM systems, business analytics, and performance metrics to evaluate pipeline health, measure results, and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Branding & Regional Expansion: Strengthen brand presence and lead initiatives to expand the company's footprint across Southeast Asia.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and implement go-to-market plans for new products and regional launches, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Regulatory & Risk Oversight: Ensure full compliance with regional regulations and internal policies, managing operational and reputational risks effectively



The Successful Applicant

Successful Applicant:

  • Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within fintech, wealth management, or financial services targeting HNWI/Priority segments.
  • In-depth understanding of the affluent client landscape across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales execution.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.
