Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Head to lead the Southeast Asia business. Based in Singapore, this role will oversee a regional team and drive growth across key markets, including Malaysia and Thailand. Reporting to the APAC Vice President, this is a strategic leadership role with strong influence across customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow sales across Southeast Asia markets
  • Manage and coach a regional team of 7-10 people
  • Build and optimize distributor & OEM partnerships
  • Drive specification influence with consultants & end-users
  • Collaborate with product, marketing & engineering teams
  • Expand adoption of advanced EC technologies in HVAC & data centers

The Successful Applicant

Our client is looking for a commercially astute and hands-on leader with strong industrial sales experience and regional acumen.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B industrial or HVAC sales
  • 5+ years of managing multi-country teams in SEA
  • Proven success with long-cycle solution sales (0.5-1.5 years)
  • Established network across SEA supply chains
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (MBA preferred)
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region
