Job Description

  • Manage global sales strategy and execution across regions.
  • Drive revenue growth and expand into new industries and markets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle and oversee key opportunities.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing, geographically dispersed team.
  • Ensure accurate CRM data, forecasting, and pipeline visibility.
  • Develop strong client relationships to boost retention and recurring revenue.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and align regional efforts.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Achieve group sales targets and deliver scalable growth
  • Collaborate on competitive bids and pricing strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven 8 years experience in regional or global sales teams, ideally across APAC or EMEA.
  • Strong background in Integrated Electronic Security Solutions or similar industries.
  • Expertise in sales strategy, forecasting, and CRM management.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, resilient, and proactive in driving results
