The Head of Sales (B2B Platform) will be responsible for the enterprise growth, partnership and account acquisition. The role require the candidate to have strong commercial strategy for B2B and able to build deep relationships across enterprise business.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the B2B Commercial strategy for the business and drive GMV growth through strategic account acquisition and retention.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing models, and multi-year supply agreements with corporate.
  • Shape B2B product bundles, assortment and pricing strategies with the category team.
  • Provide customer insights to influence B2B product roadmap.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities to grow the business.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10 Years of experience in enterprise sales, business development or partnerships ideally in the e-commerce, FMCG, procurement solutions, or B2B platforms.
  • Proven track record in acquiring and growing enterprise accounts. Track record in winning government account would be a huge advantage.
  • Skilled negotiator, experienced in closing large contracts and managing tenders.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP Ariba, or procurement tools is an advantage.
