Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end incident management, ensuring timely escalation, root cause analysis, and resolution.
  • Drive innovation in observability, predictive analytics, and automation across a vast and complex technology landscape.
  • Coordinate across technology, vendors, and business units to meet RTOs and RMiT targets.
  • Implement observability frameworks and proactive monitoring across all platforms.
  • Develop predictive analytics and leverage AI/ML for anomaly detection and automation.
  • Own production environment integrity, enforce change policies, and ensure seamless integration across on-premise and cloud.
  • Chair war rooms, maintain vendor management discipline, and drive operational excellence with best practices.



The Successful Applicant

  • 12+ years in large-scale technology operations, ideally in banking or financial services.
  • Proven leadership in mission-critical production environments.
  • Expertise in observability platforms (APM, SIEM, log analytics, cloudnative monitoring).
  • Strong incident management, crisis leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps, and SRE practices.
