As part of their growth, there is now an opportunity for a rising star to join their team as Head of Regulatory Product Compliance.Job DescriptionReporting to the Global Head of Compliance, the Head of Regulatory Product Compliance will be involved in :-Reviewing whether the payment product meet the regulatory requirements and the company's internal control and operational risks and other risk prevention requirements before the product is put into production.Performing pre-launch and ongoing risk assessments, offering effective advice to Product Managers on existing and forthcoming regulations, gaps and risks.Creating solutions to regulatory risk problems and drive execution and implementation of these solutions.Collaborating with colleagues to ensure product teams are aware of new and upcoming regulations.The Successful ApplicantTo qualify, the potential Head of Regulatory Product Compliance should meet the following criteria :-At least 10 years of relevant product compliance experience within a payment services provider.Strong knowledge on Anti Money Laundering act and comprehensive knowledge with the regulatory requirements of at least two types of payment products.Familiar with evolving regulatory expectations of regional regulators with regards to Payment Services / Electronic Money firms.Strong stakeholder collaboration skills.What's on OfferOur client is providing a unique opportunity in Singapore to help grow their footprint in the region.
