About Our Client
Our client is a growing tech start-up. The Human Resource team is looking to bring in an experienced talent acquisition professional to support its expansion in the region. This is a newly created permanent role.
Job Description
Reporting to the HR Lead, this role will:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment, selection and hiring process for talents across a range of teams
- Drive and facilitate the full interview process with the hiring managers to ensure the quality of selection and timeliness
- Work with COO and HR Lead to develop new recruiting strategies, identify and resolve process inefficiencies
- Understanding workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with the resourcing team to feed into recruitment timelines
- Work with external headhunters in the recruitment of senior management / C-level openings
- Identifying organization's needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
- Develop, manage and maintain a highly skilled team to assist with talent development
- Provide relevant updates and feedback to candidates throughout the candidate lifecycle
- Update internal and external job sites with vacancies and manage internal recruitment software
- Participate in any industry event and administration tasks to support the department and company as required
- Partner with the broader talent acquisition team for shared use of tools and resource
- Communicate with external sources to identify potential trends in recruitment and markets which could impact the business
- Manage and deliver reports and data when required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Business Management, Finance or human resources (Master's is an added advantage)
- 8-10 years of recruiting experience in a tech start-up or consulting firm
- Ability to network and conduct searches across all levels
- Positive attitude, highly-collaborative, hands-on and a team player
- Exceptional organizational abilities, managing multiple hires at the same time
- Highly analytical, who thrives in operational excellence
- Experience in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding and service-oriented environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, and resourcefully
- Attention to detail and strong technical intuition
- Flexibility to travel to Indonesia and Australia as requested (experience working in Indonesia is an added advantage)
