About Our Client

Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead their operations. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a dynamic individual with deep expertise in supply chain management, a proven track record in operational excellence and the ability to drive business growth in a competitive market.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement the overall strategy for the business, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal performance across all supply chain activities.
  • Manage relationships with service providers, ensuring high standards of quality, reliability and cost efficiency.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability by identifying new business opportunities, optimizing costs, and ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability.
  • Identify areas for improvement across the supply chain and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and resilience.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management/ logistics/ operations with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain technologies, including TMS/ WMS and analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency and achieving financial targets.
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
