About Our Client

They are looking for a highly dynamic Head of Operations who will be responsible for seamless operational excellence.

Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations, budgets and act as the main contact between operations, marketing, production suppliers, ticketing platforms and venues.
  • Secure the best deals with partners and vendors.
  • Provide market intelligence to develop budgets and update stakeholders on bookings, P&L, licenses and more.
  • Ensure safety and security, prepare risk assessments and collaborate with the APAC team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders across all departments and collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously.



The Successful Applicant

  • At least 10 years in senior management role with expertise in operational excellence
  • Prior experience within the entertainment/ event management/ production management/ media is essential.
  • Strong industry relationships in Singapore/ APAC.
  • Leadership experience with excellent communication skills .
  • Positive, resourceful, highly organized, solutions driven and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline with excellent project management.
  • This role requires the leader to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Deliver operational plans effectively in a concise and timely manner.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, advanced skills with Excel/ Microsoft office and project management tools.
