About Our Client
A global service based organisation who supply to the hospitality sector. Market leaders in their field, they have a strong brand reputation and excellent value proposition to their customers. Known for being a passionate organisation, they hire industry experts who are able to service their customer base exceptionally well. It is due to this success that they have been able to significantly increase their business in recent times and hence are experiencing global growth.
Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery, this role will be to oversee the back office corporate functions of the business. This will include areas such as finance, HR, marketing and office operations. You will work closely with the Regional Head and also the rest of the leadership team, and be able to be hands on and adapt to a growing environment. The business may look at implementation of new software, new office locations etc and you will be responsible for successfully driving these projects and initiatives.
Due to the fast expansion of the business, and the new creation of this role, you will need to be someone who is able to work in a team whilst being very hands on in your approach and able to adapt to a changing environment.
The Successful Applicant
You will have previous experience in running the corporate operations of an organisation, with particular experience in legal areas such as contracts and rent agreements. Your background may come from any industry sector, but is likely to be in a service, customer centric environment.
