About Our Client

Responsible for the achievement of the marketing mission, goals and financial objectives. Ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives and report progress to the CEO and Board.
Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
Develop and maintain a strategic perspective -- based on marketplace and constituent needs and satisfaction -- in organisational direction, program and services, and decision-making
Work closely with Sales, Research and Design team to be able to implement marketing strategies which will drive Sales target as well as company's position in the market
Maintain a climate that attracts, retains and motivates top quality personnel
Ensure effective management within the marketing, communications and public relations function, with provision for succession.
The Successful Applicant
The Head of Marketing must obtain a Bachelor's Degree (Master preferred) in Marketing, Business Management or related field. He/she needs to have at least 10-15 years working experience in property and from top developers, preferably with Asia exposure (China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, UEA, etc…) with a proven track record.
This person also needs to have excellent leadership skills, well presented, strong customer mindset and decisive. In a bigger picture, he/she will be a game changer, who will, along with the company, create a greater value for the property industry in Vietnam
