Job Description

  • Champion all legal operations across the organization, ensuring seamless support and strategic alignment.
  • Advise senior leadership on legal strategy, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse range of commercial contracts-from SaaS and service agreements to vendor and contractor deals.
  • Spearhead complex M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic investments from start to finish.
  • Continuously refine internal policies and frameworks to ensure compliance and reduce legal exposure.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop actionable plans to address potential legal and compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory authorities to resolve legal matters efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Legal should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in law or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on legal experience, with a strong track record in managing corporate M&A across APAC and the Middle East.
  • Proven expertise in corporate restructuring projects within the APAC region.
  • Deep understanding of regional laws and regulations.
  • Confidence to operate independently and manage multiple priorities with precision.
  • A results-driven mindset and the ability to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.
