This is a key leadership position to work with all the teams in the growing organisation and across countries, to assess and coach the business as it continues to scale, enabling the teams to accomplish amazing things. A people centric culture is at the heart of what the firm does and this HR Business Partner should be a builder of corporate values, processes and policies as the firm drives its expansion regionally. Reporting into the Head of business, this individual will lead a sizable HR team of more than 20 members across APAC and including China.
The Successful Applicant
With a minimum of 10 years of HR business partnering experience and with track record as a strong people manager, this individual will come across as passionate about helping people and business, with hands-on ability to grind with the team, while at the same time maintaining a strategic perspective to consult and spar with the leaders. Industry background in startup, fintech, internet or technology firms will be desirable, but more importantly, we are looking for an agile personality that will fit into company culture. Mandarin proficiency will be desirable due to the company sizable presence in China market.
