Head of HR & Operations - Start-up
About Our Client
Our client is an up and coming start up business within software provider space. With over 2000 restaurants and millions of diners seated so far, they are committed in making dining and discovery easier in Asia than ever. Partnering with us, they are in search of an enterprising individual who relishes challenge to be part of their expansion.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have 1 direct report under yourself. You will be responsible for the managing and implementation of the HR processes in various regions, where you will be driving HR initiatives through collaboration with the various counterparts in the global region. Additionally, you will be involved in the preparation and proposal of regional business planning and marketing strategies to stakeholders across the region. Key to your success will be your ability to engage with senior leaders on a strategic level whilst retaining the oversight role on HR operational matters.
The Successful Applicant
In this dynamic environment, the successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a HR generalist or business partner. Having experience in executing HR Start up projects will be an added advantage. You should be an independent and ambitious individual with the vision to succeed as a Regional HR Business Partner.
