The client looks to hire a Head of HR which is a newly created headcount to build a robust HR team in Singapore the ASEAN region together with the CEO and COO. This role will require to focus on HR operations and manage the re-structuring of the business including change management.

The client is a Medical Equipment Manufacturer specializing in a wide array of diagnostic, laboratory and biomedical products. They have strong investments for business expansion and keen to hire a Head of HR to join as part of the Senior Leadership team. They have a culture of collective leadership and focus on training and development to empower their employees.

Job Description

Reporting to the CEO,

  • Implement an HR framework to align with the organization's overarching strategy for the ASEAN region and collaborate with the Senior Management.
  • Key areas of focus include organization design, employer branding, HRIS system implementation, succession planning and data analytics usage.
  • Oversee HR operations including Compensation & Benefits, Talent acquisition and branding, Training and development.
  • Handle employee relations such as grievances to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Act as a people leader to oversee a HR Team and ensure their development and succession planning in the long term.



The Successful Applicant

As a successful applicant, you will have:

  • Degree in HR related field.
  • 10+ years of HR Leadership experience ideally in the MedTech industry.
  • Well versed in labour law and HR knowledge.
  • Effective stakeholder management with a strong track record of collaboration with Senior Management
  • Excellent communication skills and with ability to adapt to an unstructured work environment.
